Don't be tempted by the cheap move-in price, after your lease is almost over, they raise your rent by like 79 dollars! They did that to us everyyear and every year we sign another lease so we don't have to pay the extra 79 dollars. They are ripoffs! There are crack-heads and I have to say that police are doing a good job arresting drug dealers, but the crack-heads are still there...One time one of them took a dump in our laundry room, For which I am never doing laundry there ever again. Oh and by the way, the apartments that are closer to the waterdrainages, those have rats. Disgusting place to live. We are moving out next month.
