i have lived here for five months now and i am doing all that i can to get out of here. It is unsafe and unsanitary. i was robbed three times and everytime i had asked management to do replace things that were broken due to the unsecure conditions, they told me it was my problem. at night, i had to move my refridgerator in front of the door to aid some security. it is sad to see a once respected housing developement, treated like this. it was built over 30 years ago and hardly anything has been updated. please dont be blindsighted by the flashy prices and poorly represented model apartment, this place is a disaster and will remain a disaster. i was even harassed by maintenance as i would walk out of my apartment. the cat-calls and whistles to my friends and i. completely disgusted and extremely upset. i was treated terrible and left homeless for 30 days due to their lack of skill. they had not even begun my paper work until i had moved down here with a u-haul full of my things, first months rent already paid. please, i urge anyone to get out and stay away from this place, espicially if you have children. Yes i agree i am currently under the same situation and need help as to how i can get out of the lease without it hurting my credit. Anyone PLEASE HELP!
