Yo!

Stay Away!!!!

We moved in around Oct of 2007 and have had nothing but issues. We requested that we be given a phone call before any REQUESTED service is to be done as I am a day sleeper. Twice I have been awoken by someone coming in and both times the guy was VERY lucky I didn't shoot him.

We have ants. We requested that pest control come out to spray. Complex says they only come on Friday. As a day sleeper, I am either going to work that night or that's my first day off. I requested that we be first or last so that I could stay up or sleep in. ONE OR THE OTHER. They said they would make sure we were first and that the company starts at 0800. At 1000, i finally fell asleep and awoke to some guy in my apartment around NOON. I was complained to management, but they said basicly "oh well" and did nothing.

When we moved in, they had an OPTION of a gate clicker that you could BUY for $25. You could also just key in the gate code and it would also open gate. In Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, and the first part of Feb, the entry way into the community area (laundry room, work out room, etc) was open. It has now been "fixed" and requires the gate clicker. They basicly told us to buy it or don't use the services.

What the hell' We pay 1150/month. At that rate, you should be provided these things...not have to pay extera.

The computer room, game room are nice. They are nice between the hours of 9-5 m-f and then only like 1-5 on saturday and sunday. If you are a day sleeper, forget using these things.

If you have a problem and need to get a hold of the staff, the after hours answering service will NOT pass on your calls.

Parking is just.....i don't know a good word. It boils down to people parking in fire lanes, on the grass, and in handycap spots. Of course, for a small monthly fee extra, you COULD park under the coverd parking (which is hardly used at all.)

I will also add that our bathroom area is poorly constructed. We have already had to have both power outlets replaced as they "failed" and would not allow anything plugged in to work. The grout around the shower is falling out and there is seperation between the tiles too.

To sum it up, we bought a house and signed the shortest lease we could. I would recommend that if you want a nice apartment complex, stay elsewhere!
