These apartments suck. Actually the people in the office suck especially the manager leticia she is so rude. And she has a huge attitude problem The apartment manager is also stupid he gave a lease violation for hanging a shirt to dry on the balcony. Is it our faults that there dryers suck what he hell do they want us to do. THey also said it made the apartments look tacky. Tacky, Its not like they have some high class property or something. The maintenance is very cool thts one thing i never had a problem with.My advice to future renters DO Not Go In The Pool. They let that pool get Green to the point that it looks like a damb swamp its very discusting. And one time i even saw the manager pour regular clorox bleach into it i dont think there supposed to do that. Besides that i never had a problem with rats a couple of roaches.But nothing big. My advice to young renters dont rent here the older tenants are snitches u cant even throw a fart without them reporting u to the office.
