ehh From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   It's not necesarrily the community that is bad. It is the tenents that they allow in the community. There is constatnly litter because people do not pick up their trash. The walls are extreamly thin so your neighbors can keep you up all hours of the night. I will say that the management team has been on top of the noisey neighbors about their noise levels when it has been a concern. The only problem is that the tenants are so beyond ghetto that speaking up might cause you to get into a confontation. I do not feel safe in the unit becasue the walls are so thin that a shot can go through the walls (it has happened already) and again these are not the best neighbors to have.
