Bad Area But apartments are in good condition and really safe From: svfpantuso@peoplepc.com Date posted: 6/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have been here for 14 months now, My neighbors and I and our little community here all pitch in and help out. We look out for each other. I have never had any trouble with the management, and can always rest easy that the stuff in my apartment is safe. The neighborhood can be a pretty scary place at times, but the management is doing their best to evict the "Addicts". Give it a real good look because if you are on a tight budget, you really can't beat the amount of room for the price. It's a wonderful "first" apartment, and the maintenance has been supreme. No complaints from me.
