Horrible Maintence

We lived there for a year and a half.
During that time we had centipedes.
When we called the office they said just don't bother the bugs and everything would be fine until next week.
Our air conditioner was broken twice for over a week each time.
Our heater had a gas leak that CPS verified and we were told by maintence that it was a small leak and not to worry.
Our closets doors never worked.
Our sink had a leak that took a week to fix (they said there was a special part for it.)
The entire time we lived in the ¨gated community¨ the gates never worked.
When I ask the office if they would be fixed I was told that it was then the tenants fault they were broken.
We were once off on our rent (after living there for over a year) by .75 cents and they made us get a money order and threaten to charged us $50 late fee.
We were given a free carpet wash for renewing our rent.
Turned out in order to use that we had to removed all our furnture in order for the carpet to be cleaned.
This place has horrible service and I would not recomend anyone live there.
