we moved in in july 2005.

all you see is the simolin kids everywhere.

we have a family above us, they are always throwing their trash over the patio.

we have ask them to stop, but it seems like the more you ask , the more they throw over.

they also have the bus stop for the elementery school full.

there is barely enough room for the other kids.

if they would make half of them (at least) move to another place it would not be so bad.

you can never swim in the pools because they are never clean, they are green.

the tennis courts don't have nets.

the laundry rooms are gross.

these kids don't have ANY respect for anyone or anything.

i will not be renewing my lease.

i left for the weekend out of state , i came home to a flooded apt.

.

it took them 2 days to fix it.

my sister-in-laws cars (both) have been broken into 3 times each.

they stole all the clothes and shoes out of them.and there is always sooooo much trash.

it's a nasty place, please don't live here.

Oh! and when we moved in they said we could pay $10.00 a month for covered parking.

the didn't say it would so far down we can't see our car.

when we went to tell them they said we where out of luck.

we have to pay $10.00 a month for something we can't use.
