PISS POOR PLACE TO LIVE

We had a vry bad expierence withthis apartment complex. We had a friend from Louisiana who had made arrangements tomove to this complex. They had accepted his application and $99 fee, but for a week they kept coming up with "hoops" he needed to jump through. THEY knew very well that he needed the apartment by 10/01/06 and even offered a truck for him to move, but we had already made arrangments for moving his belongings. When we finally showed up to pick up the key and sign ethe contract, they asked him for another $200 - which he gave them. 30-45 minutes later they told him his application had been DENIED.
The interesting thing was that while we were in the office waiting for all these transactions to go through, current tenants kept coming in complaining that their apartments were STILL leaking water even through they had been fixed......
THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO THE BAD BUSINESS BUREAU!
