I have lived here for a month now, and now know that all these reviews are true. Before I signed the lease I confronted the staff in the office about these reviews I had read, and the assured me that things were better, that they were under all new managment. Well, needless to say that was bull. I have had a water leakage problem in the tub , amongst other things, since I moved in. You see, when I or my daughter take a shower in the tub a majority of the hot water still flows thru the faucet not the shower head while all the cold goes thru the shower head. That means, in oder to take a warm shower I have to turn the hot water on even more, which in turn still flows thru the bottom burning mine and my daughters feet. I called the office everyday for a week getting excuse after excuse from them, so I stopped calling. Then with the heavy rain, sewage was backing up into my kitchen sink from the garbage disposal side. So again, I called the office, and again nothing done. A month later and still no maintenance has been done. In fact not one person came out until I informed the office, at 930am, that I had a licensed plumber out at my appartment,(the plumber was laughing at the so called previous repairs made and said they were shotty) but even then no one came out until 3pm for my hot water problem in the tub, and then again at 3:30pm for the sewage back up in the kitchen sink. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AS A TENANT, READ YOUR LEASE TO FIND OUT WHAT ACTION YOU CAN TAKE AND WHEN. THEY HAVE TO RESPOND IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY HAVE TO KEEP UP THERE END.
