Jaie Avila at WOAI News did a story ("Exposing San Antonio's Worst Apartments") that mentioned Nob Hill and the Lynd Company (the property management company that manages Nob Hill and several other apartment buildings in Texas). Avila said that a total of 30 code violations were found at Nob Hill alone. There are lots of other Lynd properties that are probably just as bad or worse. This just more proof that the people at the Lynd Company are evil slumlords and that they don't care about their tenants.

I'm going to be moving into a Lynd Co complex and it doesn't look that bad. I've actually driven past it for several years now and since they took over in December I'm actually seeing improvements to the outside. And not just to landscaping. Apartments are getting makeovers inside and out. It is an older place, the complex isn't the best looking place, but walking around at different times of the day I felt safe. Nob Hill was a dump LONG before Lynd got a hold of it. Why else has it always been called SNOB HILL?
