when i moved in i had neighbors selling drugs and were very messy they finally moved out and the empty apt was broken in to several times, my apt had roaches and they never sent pest control i had holes in the living room wall that were covered up but never painted they moved me in before fixing all problems that the previous tenant had caused and i even found mail in a closet which means they did not even clean balcony felt very unsafe but they were replaced .

laundry room very unsafe it had no lights and there was a story about a woman being raped i never used the laundry room several things in my apt broke faucets started leaking and i had to call a 1800 number about three times to get someone to fix anything one time i went up to the maintenance man to get him to do the work i left 2 months before my lease was up i was pregnant and i could not bring that baby to an apt full of roaches i still paid the rent after i left but i would never go back there again
