I've lived at this property for three years and I've never encountered such a stupid manager. She obviously has no place at a property like this. Most of my neighbors are in the military and the rest of us are hard working people, but this manager treats us like Section 8 renters. She has such a horrible attitude and speaks like an unintelligent idiot. She has a major attitude anytime I come to ask for her about a work order or if I have a question about my water bill. I waited two weeks for her to send me a new lease after we agreed on the amount and she never seems to know what she's doing. She always tells me that she has to ask the "other girls" on how to do things that I ask her to do, like when I wanted my new lease drawn up while I waited in the office. She dresses very unprofessionally and she's hardly ever in the office. Anytime that I've called to have a conference with her, she's "at lunch" or "at a meeting." What a great manager! The saddest part about it is that the other two girls, Brenda and Stephanie, are so sweet, but they always look miserable to be working there. If I were them, I'd get out of there before they start becoming more like Mary anna. She's so flirtatious with me, it's gross. As if I'd ever sleep with a woman like her, but the rumor is she that she's sleeping with her maintenance guy. My work order for a leaking ac has never fully been completed because it's leaked several times in the past 3 months and when I wanted a month's rent free, Mary anna said no, and told me that it was her job to make money for the owner, not to give it away. Can you believe that explanation. The water bill is always in the high $30s for a one bedroom and when I asked Mary anna about it, she said "well, everything's going up." That's all she ever gives me are excuses! As soon as my lease is up, I'm getting the heck out of here! Do your research before moving here. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

Its too bad you are being faced with this. I lived there and I know what you mean by the unprofessionalism. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about this place. I am just glad I don't longer live there.

I agree management sux! Brenda was the only one who helped me when I had problems I wish she was the manager I would have stayed here if so!

Stephanie was such a hard worker. I work late and would go and pick up my mail and I would see her still working. Brenda was such a good people person-- she had so much patience. I was sad to see them leave. maybe the nw staff will feed off of how much better they made the apt. complex

Prospective renter tried to apply and the attitude from the so-called Leasing girl (Gina) was so dense it made me sick. She was not courtious, non-responsive, and was not professional at all. 12/2005
