Expect them to get into your food and pest control seems to spray with honey because they keep coming back. AC unit is a joke, broke down twice and there is no such thing as "24 hour emergency." Our unit froze in the middle of summer and we were forced to spend several nights in a tropical jungle. It's hard to sleep when you're drenching in sweat with SA's typical 100 degree summers. Our apartment was haunted. Security gates were nonexistent, constantly open and it seemed that someone was always drunk and kept crashing into it. They finally installed security cameras but it still happened. Traffic on Culebra was unbearable to get in and out of the complex. There was an accident about every Tuesday at that intersection. Pool was never clean; it was like swimming in a swamp. The fitness center was a joke; everyone took a turn on the ONE treadmill. The fitness center is about the size of my walk in closet now.
