This apartment complex is nice. The maintenance staff is very good and very nice. I never had problems finding a parking space near my apartment, but I did hear other tenants complain about this issue. This apartment complex did have a younger population, and that sometimes can lead to a noisy environment. I did have problems with a neighbor consistently, and the staff never addressed the complaints about the noisy neighbor. I did not like the way that the situation was ignored and have chosen to move out at this time. Overall without the noisy neighbor, the experience was good.
