The staff at Northgate are by far some of the rudest people I}ve ever come across. They}re polite and pleastant when you go to rent but as soon as you}re name}s on the dotted line, they turn into monsters. They}ve failed to take care of even major problems such as water leaking through the walls and doors that no longer close. I highly recommend that anyone considering this place go somewhere else.
