I lived in this apartment complex for 9 months. After I moved out, (at the end of my lease with proper notice) they attempted to charge me a re-letting fee of almost $500 and all kinds of other "fee" for cleaning even though I cleaned the apt. While I was there, I had a constant mold problem, I had water leaking in from another apartment. The complexes water was VERY OFTEN off for days. The air conditioning unit was out for almost 3 months with one excuse or another. The ground are littered with animal waste. Cars in the lot were broken into. The police often showed up. This is a nasty place. Stay away.
