Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The actual apartment was great. It was kind of far from the parking lot where my truck was broken into twice in 3 weeks by another resident. I had to call the district manager about it who never returned my calls until I called the owner of CNC Investments based out of another city. They let me out of my lease because of this, but it took too much of my time and too much of my money to fix my truck because of the ghetto punks they let live there.
