I do not recommend Northgate at all. Crime is a constant problem on the premises but the only security they have works all day and sleeps at night. The lawn is littered with animal waste and cats roam everywhere. The water is always off at Northgate for one reason or another. Then to add insult to an awful experience, they reported my child to the credit bureau for breaking a lease even though we fulfilled the lease and even gave proper notice. When they couldn't show our lease was longer than they said, they pulled my kids name, listed as a resident, and actually claimed to have an application from her. I guess they forged her signature not realizing that 14 year olds normally do not apply for or extend leases for their parents. Stay away.
