I will have lived at Northgate Village for 3 years when my lease is up. When I moved in, as a young single, I wasn't too concerned about the drug dealers that lived in the neighborhood or my neighbor who threw a chair through his front window when he was mad at his wife. Even with these things, I didn't nor have ever feared my safety.
What has gotten worse for me since I've lived here is the maintenance (I have waited 3 weeks now, and still waiting for 4 things to be repaired), the ants (little black ones all over my bathroom all the time, the whole tub needs resurfacing (that won't happen until I move if at all), and dog poop and cats multiply every day! Oh, and on my side of the complex, I'm lucky to find a close parking space after 7pm. Ugh! Get me out of there! There must be something better for the money...
