No I would not recommend, it! It has rats! One late night I woke up to some banging in the kitchen. When I went to see what it was there was a rat stuck underneath the stove stuck on a glue pad. Apparently management is aware there is a problem. When I requested that they spray poison the manager replied and I quote, "Just pick the rats up by the corner of the glue trap and throw it out on to the entry and I will have one of my maintance guys to pick it up in the morning thats what I do" I got out because I have 2 small children I was only there for 2 months. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

no kidding. I thought it was just an isolated incident, but they have a huge rat problem. The rats have wised up so they're harder to trap and I can't use poison because I have a new baby. I'm a very clean person, but when the neighbors moved out I guess the rats ran out of food and decided they liked baby formula.
I went in to tell the office staff about calling pest control but they had a prospective new tenant and I know this place is hurting for occupancy, so I wait until the next day. I tell them about the hole in the wall and the carpet getting ripped up- it's weeks later and no help.
I just hope that I don't have to pay the pet deposit for these things.
