I think that the apartments must have been top notch at some point in time. They are quite spacious and even the 1 bed room 1 baths have a town home feel. Like most complexes there are some problems, but not too many. I was fortunate enough to live in a building with quiet neighbors so no complaints there. The rent is a fair price, but you get what you pay for.

Pros:

1) great location
2.) great management and friendly maintenance staff
3.) rent is fairly cheap
4.) water is included in rent
5.) offers a discount with a local gym to make up for not having one on site.


Some problems:
1.) My bathtub was atrocious. I had to be re- stripped and re painted. Disgusting. 2.) The pools where always full of loud, obnoxious families and drunks 3.) there's mold in the bathrooms 4.) the fixtures in the bathrooms are rusty and antiquated 5.) some of the plugs don't work (cable and electrical outlets) 6.) lots of dogs and stray cats (and their poo poo) 7.) no recycling program, therefore disgusting piles of trash bags fill the trash cans each weekend 8.) car burglaries (it mainly happens to those individuals don't have the sense to hide their valuables from plain sight) 9.) sometimes neighbors were loud in the parking lot (i.e. yelling on their cellular phones or speeding down the street with their music blasting) 10) cockroaches! I called maitiance three times before this was finally resolved to my liking. quite disgusting.

If I had to do it all over again, I probably wouldn't. It's not worth it. If you pay just $50.00 more you can find something nicer. It's ghetto and getting more and more run down with time.
