I lived at the Northgate Village apts for 1yr, I figured it was a good way to save some money since it wasnt that expensive. Well you get what you pay for I found out. There are constant leaks with the water pipe so alot of times the water was turned off with out notice and on some occasions they could have given a notice but chose not to. Then the people there are so ghetto. My neighbors complained when my two year old nocked somthing off the table and it made a loud noise so the cops not the courtesy officer came and they were nice, it was like at 6pm not 2am and they called them on me. Also when I was leaving to a bigger place this year and my new land lord wanted to know if we had any complaints they told them we were loud even though the jerks who lived under us fought constantly at night and were ghetto. Also when we left we cleaned and vacumed and there were a few juice stains on the carpet we couldnt get out then I recieved a bill for a $100 for carpet pet smell' I never had a pet and the carpet had the normal wear and tear and they are trying to charge me this absurd amount for a animal' Also they charged me $33 for blinds that were only missing 1 or 2 peices at the bottom and it was already cracked in the middle on one of them and they still are charging me for it even though I mentioned it on the condition form when we first moved in. They are just money hungry people and Mike Anthony and the new asst. mngr there are jerks and pretend to be nice but are fake and don't care about any tenants and just want their commision when you sign. The female manager is rude as well. I also paid my rent early almost every month never late and they still treat you like your just another rent check for them. Do Not Move there. Its trash and so are the people.
