This complex is falling apart around us. The roof leaks, dishwasher has been out for over 3 weeks and there is a large hole in the main roadway which has been there for over a month. One apartment burned last summer and still has not been repaired - charred remains are still present and trash all around the porch. The dumpster is alway over flowing and screaming kids everywhere. We used to have grass, now just mud.
