I lived at Oak Creek for 10 years and 7 months and finaly had to move out.Place was really nice, clean and quet first 5 years,then year after year it was going down fast.Cars were stolen,vandalized,apartments were broken in to,trash was everywhere, kids always outside screaming and yelling till midnight.Police were visiting more and more because there was always something going on.Company that ownes Oak Creek, does not care about who lives there, they dont care about people, they only care about money.When I just moved in I had to pay rent and utilities. Now you have to pay everything,plus water and trash, and they even charge for gas for trash to be picked up.Place is a dump and it is not worth all the money.The only reason I lived there that long was property manager, she is the one who is trying to keep that property alive, but it's geting out of her hands since owners give her small budget every month. They've promissed gate and gym but that's never going to happen.They will make promisses to you just to keep you there.How many vacant apartments are there now,and that was not the case 6 years ago.What a shame.
Apartments are old and stinky, neighbors are dirty and loud, party all the time.If you want place thats nice, safe and worth your money,then you'll go far from Oak Creek.Run far from this place.

I just moved in 4 months ago & it is just terrible. My apartment was in bad condition when I first moved in. It wasn't anything like the one they showed me. They were quick to make me sign the lease contract even before the apt. was ready & when it was ready according to them it was a total lie the apt. was dirty, there was a broken window in the bedroom and the a/c wasn't working and by then it was too late. I had signed my lease 2 weeks before I moved in & the movers were already on the way. I guess you could say I was stuck. I had already given notice to my previous complex that I would be out of my apt on that weekend. It was a big mistake I should have stay where I was. When I started to complain about all the problems they just ignored me until I finally got fed up and called the management company & complained about the manager. They started to fix things after that but now it seems that every time i call for a work order the manager gets all bent out of shape she's taking it personally. My fridge has broken down twice in the past 2 weeks & they have promised to replace it but that hasn't happen yet. I have thrown away my food twice & not once have they offer to give me some kind of a discount on my rent. Well I guess I'm going to have to call the management company again to get it replaced because I don't think the manager gives a F---. I can't wait to move out of here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
