Oak Springs Apartments

OK, but old and bad insect problem! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/19/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   The floor plan is good with good floor space, but the complex is old and the actual apartments are not nearly as good as the show apartments. I moved into a completely "rennovated" apartment, but the wood base around the perimeter was in decay. My move-in problem list I returned was full with writing on the back. I constantly had insect problems from cockroaches to mosquitos to ants. No matter how much I complained and they responded it would not go away. For this reason alone I could not ever recommend these apartments to anyone. Fortunatly, I only signed a 6 month lease.
