horrible renters warned From: Joshz Date posted: 5/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 2 responses   Good couple moved down from up north. Apartment rented looked nothing like the one shown to us it is very small espessially for 450$ rent a month. 450$ a month water electric/gas. Leasing agent Britney was a doll to deal with all others in the office seemed to feel better than everyone else. Grounds looked good by office and pool area but seriously slacked on and around the apts beer cans lying, light bulb fixtures broken by stairs and left for days. After the first month you feel trapped in your little apt. First month went ok. Parking lot filled with car alarms and people driving in with bass and exhaust so loud sets off all the alarms late at night. paries in parking lot, loud music from apts.. Is there a landlord here'Grandfather had a heart attack and aunt died I had to go up north out of state to be with family. I got back and rent was 4 days late. They would not work with us or give a chance to explain. Eviction process started and theatend to lock out the apt. and take belongings in the apt. for collateral. This is highly illegal. I would never move in a place like this again. 1 More thing thinking of using there laundry room to wash your cloths everytime we have went in the floor was flooded. 2 dryers and one washer are broke ( no heat).
