I love it here From: amyss27 Date posted: 5/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   The rent is EXTREMELY reasonable, the apartments are HUGE and the floor-plans are great. The surrounding neighborhood is gorgeous, all upper middle class houses, with a big HEB in walking distance. It is in a prefect area, right near I-10 and close enough to the medical center yet far enough so you are not caught up in the HORRIBLE traffic. The oak trees are gorgeous and the management is friendly. I have lived MANY different apartments in San Antonio and by FAR this is the best experience. The elementary school is one of the best in the city and is in walking distance. I cannot say enough about the wonderful complex. Have been here 2 years and plan to stay until we can get a house.
