Money-sucking pit , Big Rip-Off - Management not trustworthy at all!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
The apartments are a bit overpriced but worse is the sky high electricity bills due due faulty AC & poor insulation (bills over $350.00 monthly for a 2bdrm 1 and 1/2 bath apt). The AC constantly tripped the breaker but management insisted there was no problem with it.
Living at Oakdell Way was hands down the worst experience ever had with an apartment complex's management. Don't take their word for anything, make them put everything in writing because the manager will tell you one thing and change their story it later. Living there was expensive and moving out was even more expensive!! I cannot even express what a bad experience the dealing with the management at Oakdell Way Apartments was. The only decent person on the staff was maintenence guy, he tried his best with what he was allowed to do and was generally a nice person.
