The apartment is small...its 967 sq ft for a deposit of $250 and monthly rent of $844 with an employee discount. We just moved into a 2, 2 for less price ($816.66 with trash) and more space (1200 sq ft). The neighbors had a staring problem and few rarely spoke up to say "hello". One person across from us had a karoke business and they would come home at all hours of the night. The garage was what attracted us to the place however the one car is small and I could hardly fit my car into it. Parents do not supervise their children and a couple of months ago there was an attempted kidnapping. When we moved, we were charged for everything...even new paint and a carpet shampoo...which, in my experience, is mandatory for apartments to do between tenants. The people that lived around us both had non- working cars and took the remaining spots for their working cars even though they both had 2 car garages. Maintainence was good and nice. Overall, I think it was an okay apartment but you can get a bigger place for less at the brand new apartments on Fredricksburg. Good luck in your decisions....
