The management here is very hard to work with and completely unresposive to tenant concerns. On top of this, the tenants are constantly fighting with each other over parking spaces. There are no assigned spaces. My new Envoy was keyed three times in the ten months I lived there because I parked it where someone thought it didn't belong. After they failed to respond the first time, I called the police the second time and they were very upset about it. After the third incident, I left. They charged me $3300 for my last 2 months rent and opting out of my lease early, despite the vandalism. Partying in neighboring apartments was frequent and loud. Beer bottles and trash littered the grounds and would stay there for weeks before management would have it cleaned up. My air-conditioning didn't work much of the time I was there and after about the third visit by their maintenance person, I ended up fixing it myself. The security gate rarely worked. If theirs was the last apartment in town and I needed a place to stay, I would rather sleep under a bridge somewhere. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I hope this place goes out of business quick. Attention People: this is another confirmation of why not to live there. I like all others that wrote this reviews experienced this same nightmare as well.

Hum... I live here also and it doesn't sound like we even lvie in the same place. We've had some minor issues that were addressed, but we've found everyone, from the staff and residents to be very friendly. One of the major reasons why I live here is we have a garage. I belive everyone has garages here. As for the gates, I have never seen them not working. Not sure we live in the same place?
