Nice, safe, quiet place to live

This is a nice apartment complex for single people as well as families. It's quiet, with plenty of trees and well-maintained landscaping (lots of birds and squirrels). There are three pools (one of them a kiddie pool) and access to a nice walking/running path through the Oakwell Farms area. The fitness center is a bit small, tough. The management is generally responsive to residents' needs. There's plenty of parking, although not everyone will be able to park directly in front of his/her unit (keeps the noise down, though). It's close to FSH and Randolph AFB. Unfortunately, there's no recyclying.
