Don't be fooled!!!! It's a nice looking place but....criminals love to come here because they know the manager doesn't care about your property or safety!!! The safety gate is never closed and the manager will have your car towed at her will for no reason!!!! My electric bill was over 200 dollars a month and my a/c didn't even work right!!!! And, my car was broken into twice in three months!!!I can't wait to move!!!

I agree. My experiences are very similiar. My electric bills are usually under $200, but only a little under that. The constantly broken security gates and the shoddy state of the buildings makes for a quite unpleasant living experience. I do disagree with you about it being a nice looking place, however. When you take a good look at the apartments while walking around them, you can see how aged and decrepit these buildings are.

This apartment really is an anomaly for this area. Other nearby apartment appear to fairly decent, but then you have this slum. I think it has to do with the attitude of the people that work there. They really don't care about the residents and that negative attitude is reflected by the numerous problems with the air conditioning, heating, rotten wood, broken gates, etc. I am not sure what I'm paying for but it's certainly not quality service.
