Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
Staff attitude does make the difference. This place has gone down hill over the past few years. Airconditioning, heating, water pipes, etc, always broken or not working correctly. Staff do not make resident concerns a priority. My car was broken into twice in under one year and my spouse's car was broken into once the same year. gates are always broken.
