A have had the worst experience at this infested, so called high class, apartment complex. First off I had no idea why my light bill is through the roof because my ac dosent even feel like its on half the time. not to mention the lack of customer service, appreciation, and respect the management members have for their attendants. for several weeks i've had rats ( the manager told me they were just mice) running throughout my apartment. this wasn't a one time ordeal, i've spotted them on many ocassions. i finally caught one of them and when i called the management emergency number and told them the situation, she asked me if i had named it yet!! which goes to show the respect they have for us and i have another 6 months here, just enough time for me to file a case with the better business bureau.

This sounds typical. The manager makes a nice little bonus for cutting costs but at the renter's expense. If you submit a complaint through the BBB, I would suggest sending it through JMG (?) because they own the property; Jan is just a pee-on. Good luck.

Oh the manager was disrespectful to you too? You had rats as well? I never would have guessed. I'm glad my rats died inside the wall and they'll have to tear out the drywall to get rid of the smell and remove the corpses

After reading all the reviews. I guess I will pass these up. Even if I do have two indoor cats. I do NOT want them catching rats or picking up any diseases from them. Myself INCLUDED!!!!
