It all seemed nice and friendly the day we moved in, moving from Michigan we found them online. (wish we had kept looking) The apartment itself is ok, but the general attitude of the staff especially the manager was beyond difficult. They all seem to have a severe control problem. There is no room for compromise or being fair here, its there way or NO WAY. I've never known a manager or staff to be so unapproachable and petty, not to mention completely unprofessional. Location seems nice until to get to the end of the street then it turns very ghetto

Rent seemed to keep going up and the parking is ridiculous.

I'm having the same issues since arrival fm ATL (Dec 06) so I'm not renewing my lease. I've been in the military 25 yrs and have moved on average every other year and this is the worst place (old and broke down and horrible attitude with management) I've ever rented from. I have been all through the U.S. and most of Europe and still...this is the worst. Instead of talking to you to find out if something is going on, they put formal notices on your door about violating the lease. They have been dead wrong 99% of the time. The staff seem to have a communication disconnect and the rent does go up (but not the quality of service or living conditions) and I can't say enough about the unfriendly snotty front office staff. The turn around with their personnel there is crazy...I've run into a couple of past managers and they had nothing but bad things to say about their former co-workers at Oakhampton. I don't care how convenient you may THINK this place would be for you, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I've hired an attorney for unequal and unjust treatment, harrassment barely livable housing standards. If anyone reading this can tell me what else I can utilize to help my case, please respond. Even your response will help. Thanks for your time.
