I have been living here almost a year and I can say I enjoy living here very much. They recently got a new mgmt company and it seems they are taking more interest in the residents..(resident partys,fast maint. service and very nice staff). It is very quite here and I just read about the sixty day notice and I think if you cant deal with that you shouldn't live here. I have not had any bad experiences and just recommended a few of my military friends to live here which i personally took them to the office because they give a resident referral credit off your rent. I do not plan moving any time soon.
