Auto theft *BEWARE* From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   If you have full coverage insurance and no stereo or don't value your car or truck, then this place is for you. 2 weeks after I moved in my company truck was broken into, they threw a rock through the side window. My tools, my PCS phone and my cd's were stolen. Management said that if they hired a security guard then they would be held liable for any crimes on the property if they were to continue to occur. After my truck was broken into, a car was broken into in the same parking lot 2 nights later. This place is a den of theives or at least a favorite target. There was water stains and mold on the ceiling that they painted over and were not visible upon move in. After a couple of days after the paint had dried the stains started bleeding through. DO NOT RENT HERE. CODE COMPLIANCE FIELD DAY!!
