Keep on looking. This is not the place you want to live. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I have many complaints. I don't know where to start! 1.) I had an animal living in my ceiling. I complained and nothing was done until it dug a hole into my apartment!!!!!!! Then it took several WEEKS to get the hole fixed. 2.) Dogs poop everywhere, including on my door mat. So the caliber of residents is poor. 3.) Management does not respond to repair request. On one occasion, they came into the apartment, left the service request form and left without fixing anything. You have to call SEVERAL times to REMIND them of needed repairs. 4.) They advertised access gates. The entire two years I lived here, they have never worked consistently 5.)Cars have been broken into. 6.)The place is crawling with mold. You'll find that when it's time to sign the lease,and not anytime before, they'll inform you of mold problems. Oh yeah and Abestos!!! 7.)Pest control sucks!! 8.) The water bill is unfairly calculated. 9.) I could go on for days.
