After living in the Oaks Of Marymont for SWENTY SIX years in the SAME apartment, the walls became infested with squirls. after a week and the management trying to save money by not letting a professional to deal with the issue, i ended up having 27 holes in the walls throughout my apartment and was forced to move out because the animals kept comming through my walls. So i moved into another apartment there, hoping it would all work out. i SURE was wrong, after only 3 short months, i began to get floods in various places throughout my apartment, and once again the management wont pay a professional to asses the situation. Instead, they decide to put accusations upon myself, as well as company i had over of putting water on the carpet and setting the whole thing up, so they had a maintence man sitting in my apartment for 2 days to see that it wasnt me putting water on the florr. At this point i was COMPLETELY outraged, after paying a total for a quarter of a million dollars in rent to them over my 26 years, they can pay for someone to fix my apartment. so here i am again, having to move out when i am 78 years old. i would not ever recommend this property to anyone. I first moved in when it was a top of the line community, and have watched it decline ever since, now to a slum.
