The short time that I have lived there, I have had bad experiences. I have been searching for a website that I can send feedback and have finally found one. Every time I had something break down, it always took 2-3 months before anyone would come out and fix it. I would have to call and remind the staff that things still weren't fixed and each time someone told me maintenance would be out within a couple of days. It seemed like more money was spent trying to keep up the property instead of hiring more maintenance crew. Poor maintenance is one of the reasons I left amongst other things that are too long for this website. There is nothing more frustrating than to not have your appliances work when you need them to. I can't say much for the staff and manager either. They didn't help too much.
