Where to start' There are constant break-ins. Ask the lady with the video cameras on her porch!! The gates are always broken and and are fixed only after break-ins. The apts are old-they still have antenna leads on the walls and no insulation-check out the electricty bill history on an apt. The apts behind these are always jumping over the fence and kicking it down. The playgrund is full of hoodlums. The repairmen speak no english.well one does. There are no parking spots so people park in firelanes and the sides of streets so your always having to watch for illegal cars. They don't mow-they walk around with weed eaters and blowers for a full day. they just spent a bundle repainting the place but don't let the outside fool you.
