my husband and i are military and have lived here 9 months but wish we never set foot in this place. The manager has been no help to us what so ever. When we have aproblem (like bugs) we have had to call 3 times and go there to her office 2 times and even write letters to get something done. I have a one year old i dont need him eating bugs off the floor and i keep thing VERY clean!!!
The manager has been very rude with us and has even embarassed me at times by making remarks or even coming to my apartment to see if what i was calling to fix was really broken.
People wlak their dogs and just let them crap wherever (in front of my door) and dont pick it up so i have stepped in it many times and complained and nothing has been done.
There is very very poor instalation you can hear everything going on around and above you, even when your neibors are reproducing you can hear it...disurbing.
the gates never work and even when they do it last about an hour the only half the gate works and the other gets stuck.
the gym...where do i start NOTHING WORKS. everything is broken and to work the tredmil you have to buy a magnent to start it....yea...crappy.
So needless to say this has been an aweful experience! maybe the new management will change something (other than raising the prices TOO high) k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

you are a lucky one that got away I was stupid enough to renew, urggg I am trying to get out of this place, I am tired on throwing my money to CPS as this apartments have all appliances and heating units, my apartment stays at 90 degrees all the time. I NEED HELP!!!!
