I have been battling with management since I first moved here two years ago, I have a two bedroom two bath and I pay on average $150.00 $200.00 in electrical, I have asked management to either lower my rent, change my ac/heating unit or move to another unit, unfortunately my son is in his last year of high school and he would like to graduate from McArthur, but at this rate I may end up homeless, as I can't afford to pay ther ent and the outregeous bills. Management has yet to answer me, all they want is for me to pay the rent, well it all went to the CPS!!! additionally I have had countless of electrical equipment due to malfunctioning electrical outlets!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

I really think you should aslo call someone like a safty inspector or a person who can clairfy this place unfit. I will talk to my husband about getting ahold of IG as soon as possible. This is no place for anyone with children. Esecially for the cost. Email me if you like its my user name @satx.rr.com.
