When i was first looking for a place, they gave me the grand tour & it looked great. Now that I am here, boy can looks be deceiving! I have been here 3 months and the water has been turned off several times, because they say they are replacing pipes, or whatever. When they turn the water off, it is usually a whole day affair. Then, I have neighbors drug dealing a few doors away from me. (Vehicles, coming and going beginning at sun down, really scaky looking people coming out)The gym that was just opened, is closed again, for whatever reason, they did not say. When opened, you cannot work out in peace because you have children on the equipment& playing around. I am talking about kids around 6 to 10 yrs of age, without parental supervision. The pool is filthy and alot of kids are unsupervised. They say they donot allow dangerous pets such as pitbulls.Well, so far I have seen over a dozen of them being walked around the complex with thier owners in tow. There is a couple of dobermans as well. The other day, a lady brought her doberman to the pool area and tied the dog to a pool chair. The dog kept trying to go after this one lady who was sitting nearby, she was freaking out; while the owner was in the pool swimming.At the mailroom the other day, this pregnant woman brought her brown pitbull and it went ballistic(the dog) as i was trying to check my mail. I had my young toddler with me. The owner kept pulling on the leash trying to get it to behave. I just walked off without checking my mail. Last summer, there was a man near the pool area exposing his genitals to children nearby and masturbating. When the office was called, the girl came out and confronted the man and told him to go back to his apartment. The police was later called, after he came out once again and was seen doing his dirty deed again. This time there was a handful of eyewittnesses. The police cited him for indecent exposure but did not arrest him, because he did not come into contact with anybody. This man continued to live on the property. Not sure if he is still here or not. Maintenance, can come and go from your place as they please. We got a letter from the leasing office about a month ago, stating that they will be coming into our place and showing it to the property owners & thier staff and they wanted to let us know that they will be entering our place and going thru each room, etc. I can go on & on. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is a dump and you have no rights. They can go and come as they please and you would not even know it. All I can say is if you live here or decide to, take pictures of all your valuables. Because, they say that they are not responsible for anything that is missing or stolen. And who knows what past thier maintenance people have had. Some might have been arrested before, you never know. Also, watch where you step there is dog ---- everywhere and you can smell urine everywhere from the cats that roam free. BEWARE!!!!!

I AM SICK OF THE VANDALISM OF MY VEHICLE.The lack of attention to paying tenants complaints. There have been 8 cars vandalised, my tires yep all 4 of them vandalised last night. I am tired of the high electricity bills. I am not paying anymore. I am moving out and everyday I am here is too long. I feel so bad for the hardworking families here trying to raise their kids and do a good job when managemnt will not do their jobs and protect us from the outside elements and the bad families that live here. We get no help. I can not tkae it anylonger. Good luck to those of you who stay, YOU WILL NEED IT.

i simply wish those dog owners would be a little bit corteous to those of us that do not own a pet. I am appalled at the smell outside of one apartment, I get slammed with the stench every morning as I make my way to my car. I also have to check on vehicle at least once a day as the vehicle next to mine just had a window blown out. THAT IS LIKE so UNSATISFACTORY. One can talk to the characters that allege that they work there. It seems like they are doing the tenant a favor, because they are giving up their precious conversation. God forbid that I have a leak or my AC is not working because if one has the tenacity to interrupt them or have to force the maintenance men have to get up, while one stands. THAT IS SO WRONG!!!!!!! I AM OUTTA HERE LIKE SOON!!!
