Everything that is written here about the oaks of marymont is really the truth. Management does NOT care about you! The weather is changing for the bad. They are chopping down the trees and the bushes and putting down rocks and really don't care what the residents say about it. All the management is worried about is pleasing the owners in California, but they don't live here and don't see what a mess the property has become. Despite that fact critizing maintenance they have always been pleasant and have taken care of my work orders in a timely manner.

They even had a sex offender living here and there are drug sellers and thieves here. Management says they do background checks, but if they really did, they wouldnt rent to some of the disreputable people that are moving in here now.

I went into the office the other day to comment on some of the trees they have pulled out & Debbie, (the manager from California) came out and YELLED at me and said if I didn't like it here I should MOVE OUT! Wow - guess what, I'm going to move as soon as possible. What a dump this place has turned out to be. They will never tell you about all the crime here, but if you call the Police Dept, and specifically ask about this address they will tell you. Someone even stole all the furniture out of one of the model apartments last week and all the managers/office people are trying to keep it quiet. They don't want the residents to know about the high crime here. Its really, really, really bad!!!!!!!!!!!
