This plase is the biggest joke ever! Maintnence never comes and fixes anything.If they do its because you had to stay on there a$$ and when they do come they fix everything half a$$.They have new owners, that seem to only care about the grounds and how the outside looks. The insides of the apartments are just falling down. They are very old and built very crappy.They are renovating some of the vaccant apartments, but screw the people that already live here.They could care less if your apartment falls down around you. You can hear all your neighbors, and we have a neighbor that plays his music at all hours of the night. he isnt there half the time and has his music set on a timer so people think he is there.There is not enough parking. People just park everywhere.There are break ins, and fires all the time.The office women are very rude and do not care about anything that you need to tell them.Liz is a bi***!! When you have a work order to put in they act like you are being a problem.This place sucks really bad!!!If you can live somewhere else, I WOULD!Yeah the outside looks nice but thats because they spent all the money on the out side and for got about the inside.I dont live outside so i could care less.You will pay around $200 for your eletric because the insulation is paper thin or none there at all. We know cause we looked in our crawl space.They only care about there rent. The only reason we ever moved in here is because they allow large dogs. even the dog deserves better. Cant wait to leave!

You are right on the money, you forgot the water bill, I just got off the phone with NW&P, because I have three people living in my apartment even though we are gone all day long, we pay for water for the whole complex. Since the apartments have no water meter, they "guess" that more water is being used because of the more occupants, which are the one that have been there from day one. It is horrible, I can't wait to move june 30. I was a victim of a fire here, nothing doing. You have to be careful with the office personnel, if you cross them they can try to mess you up. Not friendly or professional. Check out other complexes this places is crap!!!
