People looking for a place to live....don't come here! This place is a GHETTO! You have tenants throwing thier trash everywhere, walking thier dogs and not cleaning up after them. (have a woman that lives 3 doors down from us, who walks her small dogs everyday they crap directly outside my patio door)the other residents are not so cool, alot of people on public assistance & drug runners/sellers. Alot of weird, shady people coming in & out of the complex. Alot of women of the night. (seen many of them in thier skimpy outfits)Management don't care, they just do thier job 8 to 5 and leave. (that's if they decide to show up to thier brand new, state of the art office)The swimming pool does not get cleaned like it is supposed to, the jets break down alot and filth is floating around. You have these weird hispanic people, that show up to the pool area with thier ice chest full of beer and with 5 or 6 kids. Last weekend, this same people showed up half intoxicated with kids in tow with a beer in thier hand and thier chest full of it as well. They just sort of took over the place. No respect for the others with small children, in the pool area. Then you have the "sisters" & "brothers" (the ------)The black women are really awful, they like to start trouble & mouth off to call attention to themselves. One in particular just walked up to this poor woman with a small child and started cursing at her threatning to kick her butt, and so on. She was so loud u could not help but hear the comotion taking place. She acused this poor woman's toddler of kicking her 10 year old in the face, while playing at the park. (which was untrue, cause I watched the whole thing outside my window facing the park)This poor woman looked helpless, she was also pregnant. This black woman took no pity on her, even in this poor woman's state (being pregnant)This is just some of the ---- that goes on here at this place. Stray cats everywhere...you can smell thier urine in the grass and along the aisle ways when you go towards the mailroom & pool.Stray dogs too. The other day there were 2 pibulls roaming free throughout the complex and 2 puppies. The dumpster area looks gross. Lots of furniture and trash overflowing the area. Like I said, this place is a "Ghetto."

Learn how to spell first of all an when you critize remember not to judge a book by its cover. Simply, because you obviously do not know how use spell check. Well, you would not want me to say that you are WHITE TRASH, because there's also plenty of that too, which you conviniently forgot to mention. Yes, this place could certainly use better management that is why I am moving at the end of the month. Too bad they threw so much money awayy in construction. DO NOT STOP, DO NOT COLLECT $200.00 go directly to BOARDWALK....

This comment is for the original poster. First, you reside in San Antonio. If you do not want to see "weird hispanic people...with 5 or 6 kids" you may want to consider relocating. Obviously someone of your status can afford to move to the Medical area somewhere similar where rent is $1500/mnth and continue with your flawless existence. As far as "the sisters" & "brothers", maybe your ancestors should have considered leaving them where they were three hundred years ago, then you would not have to witness them "start trouble & mouth off to call attention to themselves". You, however cannot be responsible for your ingorance; that was embedded in you throughout your upbringing. Next time you want to voice a complaint about a situation (i.e. the apartment complex), make sure you address the issue at hand.
