I wrote the review "If you don't mind hearing your neighbors" but things are worse now. By the way, I'm not kidding about hearing everything. I can hear the person above me SNORING! This complex is very unflexible about fixing things and when you do report something broken, you should hope they don't lose the work order like they did with me. They make promises and break them. Oh and I know, at least twice, probably three times - someone has come in here without permission. Once - I did not give permission to enter when I'm not home to fix something but they came in anyways. Another time - I believe someone came in and stole my copy of my lease!!! I truly understand if you are reading this and think that sounds crazy but it's not. I know exactly where I kept my copy and it is gone. Now, suddenly, my lease is up sooner than it was supposed to be - now am I supposed to prove that' Then, another time, while I was on vacation - I know someone came in here without permission. In fact, I found something broken... but again, I can't prove anything. I wish I could. I wish I would have set up a hidden camera in here somewhere.

If you move in here, be prepared to be unhappy. You will hear everything. On top of it, I have a 2/2 and it doesn't seem to warm up in here easily. Right now, I'm in my room and it's still cold. The heat is on 85 degrees and has been for the past 2 hours. It's the crappy insulation of the window that keeps this room chilly. Just be prepared for stuff like this. Also, the dishwasher doesn't work very well and the security gates don't always work. Those gates are so slow to close behind you so plenty of people race the gate and easily get in - how secure would you feel' I know I don't.

I completly agree my roomate and I have only been here like 6 months and we HATE it. The staff is VERY rude and things do NOT get fixed. Also I do not think your lease story sounds crazy...we have had weird things as well. I had a whole brand new container of Tide stolen not a regular size bottle, but the $25 containers you get from SAMs. My roomate would find floating terds in her toilet and pee on the seat that neither one of us females left there. We have also told them not to come in when we are not home and they still do. We had an ant problem so bad that ants were coming out of my sink not just a few but dozens and dozens started spilling out...It was like a very bad horror movie. I have never been so unhappy with where I live in my life and I made the mistake once of moving into Springhill not realizing what a bad area that was. But you know what, the staff there was kind and courteous and anytime something broke it got fixed and with exceptions to the hoodlums and gangters living there I was happier with the apartment its self. I REALLY HATE THIS PLACE.

I'm glad... well not glad... but I'm sure you know what I mean - to know that someone else understands and doesn't think I'm nuts. I have officially moved out of there (and into my house) and I am SO glad to be gone! I hope you guys are able to leave soon!
