When my family and I were signing the lease and meeting up with the employees in the office everything was quiet and clean and looked up to date. Tanisha was very polite and we enjoyed having her help. But as soon as we moved in that ended. Before we moved in we noticed a hole in the balcony wall that was rotting and we are on the second floor with two kids so that was dangerous. They still have not fixed it 2 months later. I have asked and they told me when the wood got in but they never came back to fix it. Also we overlook the playground and it looked awesome before we moved in . I mean living that close to the playground with kids sounded great. But i will never take me kids out there. The children that play out there are rude and cuss and scream and i have seen them attack other children. Also in the lease agreement it says that children must me occupied by parents and i rarely see parents. The kids start showing up around 3:30 to 4:00 and leave somewhere around 8:00 to 10:00 at night. With all of the screaming and banging and playing it gets loud. NOt only that but our windows are so thin it sounds like they are in my apt. The windows are another issue. One gust of wind and it sounds like they are going to fall out or break they shake so bad. Also the wind comes in when your windows are shut. They also do not have any locks on them. Our windows when we moved in didn't have anything on them we had to place these little pieces of hardware that you put there and when you twist the screw it tightens. Which means when you want to open your windows you have to remove it and put it somewhere where you don't lose it. We wound put a lock on there but it prohibits it in the lease agreement. When i called and asked about it they said they couldn't do anything about it. Another thing is you do not have cable outlets in any room besides your living room. The one we have in the smaller bedroom was put there by the people before us illegally and it was rigged. It is a cable coming out of the wall and lined from the top to the bottom. We still havent figured out how to keep it out of our oldest sons reach. When we moved in they never cleaned the apt. There was still food in the cabinets and the carpet had not been cleaned. So we have spots on our carpet. Also you can see on the walls where there used to be outlets and they just covered them up. In our master bathroom next to the tub the flooring is stained from mold. The tub leans and the walls aren't ever straight, but because of the tub it looks like the tenants before us had mold and tried to clean it up but we asked for the flooring to be replaced and once again nothing. We have been waiting two months for the order to come in. There are no lights in the living room or master bedroom. The central air and heating is screwed up too. It isnt digital so when it gets hot in our smaller bedroom its cold in the master. Also when we turn on the heat it just gets hotter and hotter until you wake up and switch it and then when you wake up in the morning you are freezing. When we got here we opened the drawers in our kitchen and a couple of them were broken the fronts of the cabinet and drawers had been replaced but all they are is a tray with the fronts made to look like drawers so when they came to fix it all they did was drill another hole in a different spot to hold the screw. So once again something else thats just rigged to work right now. The parking is also a joke. You have one spot covered parking and where we are you don't see your other cars in the uncovered parking because they are around the building across from you. So you walk quite a ways before you can get to it. Also the covered parking is a very tight fit. The poles holding it up have been hit quite a few times and so have some cars. If you have a larger car you wont be able to use your parking. Another thing is the ventilation. Our neighbors downstairs smoke and we don't in fact our entire family is allergic to it. But with them smoking downstairs it comes up into our apt. We think its coming from the vents but all we know is our apt. smells like an old bowling alley. Also we have found to this date 5 huge cockroaches and i have just recently found ants under my stove. With crawling kids that grosses me out. Another thing is they say they have very high standards ground upkeeps but the only kinds of upkeep i have seen is mowing the grass and a guy walking around with a broom once during the day. There has been a broken beer bottle at the foot of my stairs for a week and a toy on the bushes ever since we moved in. All in all its a large floor plan, small kitchen , horrible parking and lighting, and some of the employees not Tanisha are very rude. I have met one guy out of all of the maintenance who speaks English and they rarely ever show up when we need them to. Apparently it takes over two months and counting to get the security gate in working order and every time we call they say well we have some one coming out on Thursday, well they have had someone coming out on Thursday for two months now. Also we have animals in our attic scratching and banging around at every hour in the night, and we asked the maintenance guys about it and willie said oh its ok we boarded it up so whatever is up there isnt getting out. Well isnt that nice so when they finally stop making the noise and die we will be left to smell the rotting corpses of dead animals. So I definitely DO NO SUGGEST YOU MOVE IN HERE.
